The main business activities of the company comprise the financial intermediation using a variety of financial solutions, M & A consulting and interim
management.
We perceive ourselves as partners for medium-sized companies.

2002–2006: Director with FitchRatings, London. Lead analyst for German life insurance companies and European insurance groups. Established the German rating business in the insurance sector.
2000–2002: Director and head of FIG team, Corporate Finance Partners, Frankfurt. M&A and financing transaction advisor for financial sales networks, and online financial service providers.
2000: Deutsche Bank, Frankfurt. Associate of FIG team, advisor to AWD on IPO plus other M&A mandates in the insurance sector.
1998-2000: Deutsche Sparkassen und Giro-Verband, Berlin, policy department: investment controlling with Landesbanken and insurance companies within the German savings bank sector.
1996–1998: UBS London, associate of FIG team. M&A transactions in the international insurance sector.
Business studies at the University of Cologne and at Bocconi, Milan, majoring in insurance. Doctorate in economics from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel.

Moritz Freiherr von Bethmann - Senior Consultant

Advisor and business angel for more than 20 years, with a focus on supporting projects involving renewable energies and environmental technologies.
1982–1986: Trainee and subsequently employed in the Investment Banking division of BHF Bank.

2000–2002: Head of Administration of STRATO AG: responsible for the organisation, personnel, purchasing, risk management and administration divisions.
Studied financial economics at the ebs – the Academy of Finance of the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel.
1999: At BSV Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH – successor organisation of the former Treuhandanstalt – CF was responsible for the budgeting and liquidity management of more than 1,000 companies, and for establishing a management information system.
1992–1999: Long experience with the Treuhandanstalt in Berlin, Magdeburg and Chemnitz. Active participation in many company and asset sales, acting as advisor to Supervisory Board
and Advisory Board members of TLG Treuhand Liegenschaftsgesellschaft mbH and coordination of the merger of TLG with another 7 companies.
Took economic studies at Kassel University, majoring in monetary, currency and capital market theory.
